Getting Started With Solar Energy in Your Home
Putting in a full solar powered home energy system all at once can be expensive, particularly if you have a large family. It took me a couple of years before realizing I didn’t have to put the entire thing into place at once, and as soon as that thought finally occurred to me I started working towards being more free from my outrageous electric bills.

Unisolar is the company you want to use but get this.. it is arab owned. so they get our money either way.

Find out from your regional weather service how many days of sun you get per year. There is a break-even point where under a certain amount of sunny days it will not pay for itself. Generally NE US is too cloudy for it to work well–to power a whole house.
