    If solar air …
If solar air conditioning REALLY WORKED, don’t you think that we’d see it on the market by now???? Today, it’s only been used on high profile projects where money was no object. It’s use on larger scale projects is running into quite alot of problems. I too would LOVE to see it figured out and made practile. Today, It’s just like the $5M Hydrogen powered car – doable, but NOT affordable.

    well, most …
well, most important for solar installations is a (roof-) area showing to the south, which is
not under the shadow from another house, trees and so on…

It seems to me that …
It seems to me that many of these technologies require the house to be designed in a way that supports them, if would be difficult to install some of these innovations without the infrastructure already in place.

    Totally support …
Totally support companies like these – no house should be built from this day onwards that doesn’t inherently provide the infrastructure for clean and green energy.

    Martalaura1- As you …
Martalaura1- As you are well aware leaks can certainly happen with some of the old installations. Zayas Energy installs systems with prevention in mind eliminating leaks using a specialty flashing system to keep water where it should be-in your pipes or ON your roof-not in it! Our installers are trained to use the most up-to-date installation techniques to give you the best installation possible. Thanks for sharing your experiences, and I hope that you will give solar a try again soon!

    We had solar panels …
We had solar panels installed way before they were “green”. But when my roof started leaking I had to remove them. I wish I could afford to install all these energy alternatives to my home. Hopefully those that can will.

    The roof tile …
The roof tile panels look really great and I had no idea that 1) you could flush mount a hot water system and 2) that such a thing as a SOLAR AIR CONDITIONING (how great is that?!) abd vertical wind turbines even existed! Great products!!!
